How to Cook Dal Mash

Dal Mash is a traditional Pakistani dish that is like throughout Pakistan. If you don't know how to cook it below is the recipe of Dal Mash.


Ingredients

  1. Dal mash 500 grams
  2. Onion 2 medium size
  3. Ginger 1 table spoon
  4. Garlic paste 1 table spoon
  5. Tomato 1
  6. Green chilies 2 or 3
  7. Salt Half table spoon
  8. Red pepper Half table spoon
  9. Garam masala Half table spoon
  10. Dhaniya powder 1 Tea spoon
  11. Kanour chicken cubes 2 pieces
  12. Oil Half cup

Method

Take a cooker and put oil into it. When oil becomes heated then adds cocked onion in it. When onion looks light brown then ginger and garlic paste add in it. After 2 minutes pour some water in it and add all masala and tomatoes. Cooked all masala for that time till its leave the oil. Then put dal in it and 3 cup of water. Close the cooker and when its start whistling after 5 minutes turn off stove. Your dal is ready. Pour it into a bowel and garnished it with garam masala green chili and dhaniya leaves.
