Spiced Fried Fish Recipe


Fish meat is very delicious and healthy. It is eaten almost all over the world. I ate this fried fish from my aunt s’ home and I never forget it. Now I am going to share this recipe with you, hope you will like this.

Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon ginger paste
  • ½ teaspoon garlic paste
  • ¼ teaspoon chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 175 g fish fillets
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 tablespoon rice flour


Method

Mix the ginger garlic, chili powder, and salt with lemon juice. Rub the mixture all over the fish fillets and leave for 5 minutes. Heat the oil in a pan. Dust rice flour over fish fillet and press it on fish so that it sticks well. Shallow fry the fish for 4, 5 minutes and then serve hot. It’s so yummy.
