Cheese Stuffed Peppers Recipe

  • 150 g cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1 green chili chopped
  • ½ teaspoon black peppers
  • ½ dried mixed herbs
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 large red or green peppers


Preheat the oven to 180 c. place all the ingredients expect oil and peppers in a bowl and mix well.
Rub the oil over the skin of peppers and stuffed them equally with the cheese mixture. Arrange on a baking try, place in the preheated oven and cook for 20 minute. Your peppers are ready, serve at once.
