Mix Vegetables for Pakistani Food Lovers

Vegetables are very good for health but its lost it vitamins when its cooked in open pane or in a deep heat or with deep spices. Now I am going to tell u a very simple and healthy recipe of vegetables.

  • Peace 1 small cup
  • Carrot 2 pieces
  • Cabbage 1 cup chocked
  • Potatoes 2 pieces
  • Shimla mirch 2 medium size
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Tomato 1 piece
  • Green chili 2 pieces
  • Salt according to your desire
  • Red chili half table spoon
  • Zera half table spoon
  • Black pepper half tea spoon
  • Oil for cooking

Method (Cooking Pakistani Mix Vegetable)

Take a pane and pour oil in it. When it becomes warm then put onion in it. After some time add tomatoes and all spices in it. When masala looks ready then add peace, potatoes and carrot in it. When it comes soft then adds cabbage and shimla mirch in it. Cover the pan and cooked it on slow heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Now your vegetable is ready. Eat it and remember me in your prayers.

How to Make Spiced Pineapple

Spiced pineapple is a combination of sweet and sour. It is so delicious and I like it so much.

  • 1 medium fresh pineapple slices
  • 1 small onion its optional
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 green chili chopped
  • 1teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chopped mint leaves

Lassi - A Loved drink in India and Pakistan

Lassi is a very great drink. It is used in India and Pakistan. It is very good in summer that reduces heat of your stomach. Yogurt has many health giving properties and this drink is perfect for settling the stomach especially after a very spicy Pakistani meal. It can be served sweet or salted.

  • 400 g natural yogurt
  • 75g sugar or 1 ½ teaspoon salt
  • 200ml chilled water

Method (How to Make Lassi)

Pour the yogurt into a bowl, add the sugar or salt and chilled water. Whisk well until all the sugar or salt has dissolved and all the lumps of yogurt are broken down. Leave it for some time. Now a smooth flowing
Liquid is ready. Serve it and take the appreciation.

Spicy French Toast Pakistani Recipe

Basically this recipe is started off as a spicy omelette but I decided to dip bread in the mixture. Hope you will enjoy it.

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 green chili, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 onion finally diced
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 4 slices of bread

Take a bowl and break the eggs in it and add milk, salt, green chili, melted butter, onion, and whisk well. Heat the oil in a pan. Dip each slice of bread into egg mixture. Transfer the bread slice into the pan and cook for about 3 minutes on a medium heat until light brown in color. Turn the bread and cook it for same time. Your slices are ready, serve hot.

Cheese Stuffed Peppers Recipe

  • 150 g cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1 green chili chopped
  • ½ teaspoon black peppers
  • ½ dried mixed herbs
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 large red or green peppers


Preheat the oven to 180 c. place all the ingredients expect oil and peppers in a bowl and mix well.
Rub the oil over the skin of peppers and stuffed them equally with the cheese mixture. Arrange on a baking try, place in the preheated oven and cook for 20 minute. Your peppers are ready, serve at once.
