Lassi - A Loved drink in India and Pakistan


Lassi is a very great drink. It is used in India and Pakistan. It is very good in summer that reduces heat of your stomach. Yogurt has many health giving properties and this drink is perfect for settling the stomach especially after a very spicy Pakistani meal. It can be served sweet or salted.

Ingredients
  • 400 g natural yogurt
  • 75g sugar or 1 ½ teaspoon salt
  • 200ml chilled water

Method (How to Make Lassi)

Pour the yogurt into a bowl, add the sugar or salt and chilled water. Whisk well until all the sugar or salt has dissolved and all the lumps of yogurt are broken down. Leave it for some time. Now a smooth flowing
Liquid is ready. Serve it and take the appreciation.
