Mix Vegetables for Pakistani Food Lovers

Vegetables are very good for health but its lost it vitamins when its cooked in open pane or in a deep heat or with deep spices. Now I am going to tell u a very simple and healthy recipe of vegetables.

  • Peace 1 small cup
  • Carrot 2 pieces
  • Cabbage 1 cup chocked
  • Potatoes 2 pieces
  • Shimla mirch 2 medium size
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Tomato 1 piece
  • Green chili 2 pieces
  • Salt according to your desire
  • Red chili half table spoon
  • Zera half table spoon
  • Black pepper half tea spoon
  • Oil for cooking

Method (Cooking Pakistani Mix Vegetable)

Take a pane and pour oil in it. When it becomes warm then put onion in it. After some time add tomatoes and all spices in it. When masala looks ready then add peace, potatoes and carrot in it. When it comes soft then adds cabbage and shimla mirch in it. Cover the pan and cooked it on slow heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Now your vegetable is ready. Eat it and remember me in your prayers.
