Delicious Shami kabab

Shami Kabab is a very Delicious Recipe of my Mom. When I Cooked the Shami Kabab, I feel a new Taste every Time. Now I am Sharing this Recipe with You. First of all Noted down the Ingredients.


Qeema: 1/2 Kg
Dal Chana: 1 medium Cup
Ginger: 2 inch piece
Garlic: 5-7 pieces
Red Chillis hot: 10 piece
Salt: according to your Taste
Garam Masala: 1 Table Spoon
Zera: 1 table spoon
Black pepper: 10-15 piece
Onion: 1 medium Chopped
Green Pepper: 2 Chopped
Dhaniya: few Leaves
Eggs: 2


Take Dal and dip in Water for 3-4 Hours. when Dal becomes soft, take Pressure Cooker, pour some water and put all above things init expcet green chili and Dhaniya leave. When Cooker Start Whistling, then wait for 20 minutes. After 20 Minutes turn off the stove, open cooker and see Water has dried or not. If Water not dried then dry it. Wait some time and Chopped the mixture in Chopper. Add green chilis and dhaniya leaves and make the shapes of  Shami Kabab. Beat the eggs, dip 1 kabab in egg and fry. Yours Delicious Shami Kabab is Ready. Enjoy with Rice or Tea.
